Cynthia Kimball's Bio
Consultant ~ Journalist ~ Speaker ~ Trainer
Cynthia Kimball is a hope-based consultant and trainer. She is also a doctoral student in Workforce Educational Leadership. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a columnist and correspondent, community and technical college faculty, patient educator, technical college administrator, and workplace learning & performance (WLP) consultant.
Cynthia taught English as a Second Language (ESL) in Japan and worked alongside Utah Haiti Relief as a journalist in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake.
Her research interests revolve around: Appreciative Inquiry Change Theory, Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) and hope-based leadership and teaching.
Cynthia says, "All of the above is nice," as Zappos CEO, Tony Hsieh, has said, "but what is of utmost importance is helping someone find their greatness and watching that unfold."
