“Everyone counts” is a concept founded by Dr. W. Edward Deming who saw

purpose in each individual. His ideas struck a chord with Every1Counts co-founder Cynthia

Kimball Humphreys. "I remember when I first heard this concept. I thought that’s it!

Everyone does count and they do matter. Deming’s got it right." Thus began our

quest to help people realize they matter.

Every1Counts evolved in 2008 thanks to a brilliant man who saw purpose in each individual.
