Cynthia Kimball is a masterful communicator who tells her story about cancer awareness, detection, survival, and recovery in a way that connects with people, as well as national thought leaders and policymakers.
She spoke at a March, 2011, briefing on Capitol Hill in Washington DC that was focused on the
importance of innovation in genetic testing in identifying diseases, including breast cancer.
Her story connected deeply with this audience that included Members of Congress, staff members, the news media, and representatives of many health organizations.
As the organizers of the event, our firm very much appreciated all the effort she put into the presentation and, especially, the success she helped bring about.

"Calling all customers!" This was the title of a workshop presented by Cynthia Kimball to the community of Mesquite as a precursor to National Customer Service week in October.
The objective of the class was to create memories for our customers.
As business owners, we have external and internal customers - both were discussed.
The main objective of the workshop was to figure out how to create memories for our customers - internal and external - for the former so that they stay and the latter so that they keep coming back.
And one method to do that, which was discussed at length, is what's known as the "Stay Interview."
The class was interactive and very informative.
People walked away with some new tools that would hopefully enhance their employee relationships, which would ultimately trickle down to the customers that walked through the door. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to come to Mesquite and deliver a high quality presentation.

Dear Cynthia, on behalf of our organization and community participants, we would like to thank you so much for the presentation that you provided on "Minority Women and Breast Cancer".
You provided a message of hope while facing adversity, advice on health interventions and screening, and your desire to explore the needs of all women resulted in meaningful dialogue.
Your energy and zest for life is contagious.
Your presentation was informative and powerful.
We greatly appreciate you sharing with us a part of you.

Cynthia presented at our Girl Leadership Summit.
From the very moment she spoke, she hooked the girls right into becoming "Extraordinary Leaders for Life" which was her presentation topic.
Not only were the girls thoroughly engaged, but involved.
It was a totally interactive presentation.
Even afterwards, the girls swarmed her for over an hour asking her questions not only about her presentation, but about things that were prompted from the topics she spoke on such as, "You Matter No Matter What," and "Is It Good or Useful?"
Thank you for inspiring our girls, Cynthia.
And, thank you for teaching them that in order for them to be a truly successful leader, they must first know that they indeed matter, have purpose and mission.

Thank you for speaking at the Leaders 4 Life 09' Prevention Conference
hosted by Safety Solutions Coalition in November 2009. Your presentation on
You Matter No Matter What was very well received by our youth and community
members. The information in your speech and the additional reference
material you provided were both fascinating and timely. Our only regret is
that we didn't have more time for the youth to discuss You Matter No Matter
What with you.
We hope that you enjoyed meeting the youth members of Safety Solutions
Coalition and that you will consider returning in the future to continue the
discussion.
Thank you again for taking the time to speak at our conference.

I met Cynthia through work but found a friend before the day ended. We bonded medically and professionally, but most of all, spiritually. As different as we are, we had the same underlying passion. Cynthia's desire to make a difference for "everyone" is evident in everything she says and does. Her ability to thank people for doing the smallest things is due to her great appreciation of and respect for all people. Her mission to help prevent cancer is filled with positive energy, personal experience and the simple, selfless goal to help prevent cancer in others. Cynthia is truly a genuine spirit.

Cynthia, thanks for helping me get the message out about the importance of screening for genetically identified cancers. Your ability to personalize the need to appropriately screen and educate healthcare providers and patients often makes a bigger impact on people in the healthcare industry than I as a physician can. Your new mission in life is a badge of courage and determination that you should be proud of. I will always be around to help you "get the message" out to whoever needs it wherever they may be. It is an honor to have worked with you.

Thank you Cynthia for joining us and relaying your and your family's story. I am inspired by your courage and your ability to turn a crisis into an opportunity to truly appreciate life's meaning and value, to distinguish what matters from what doesn't and to use your positive energy to assist others.

Cynthia came to our adolescent residential treatment center and added such a positive event to National Drug and Alcohol Recovery Month, which we were celebrating.
The students responded very well to her right away.
She is great at eliciting audience participation.
In the week to follow, I heard so much positive feedback about her presentation from both students and staff.
She did a wonderful job of weaving her presentation into the context of our event, which was recovery month and into the broader context of our treatment center.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Cynthia!

Cynthia's presentation on 'You Matter, No Matter What' was outstanding!
She presented to a group of military teens at our Operation Military Kids 'Kick in the Attitude' camp who have parent(s) deployed in the Global War on Terrorism.
These teens often feel like they don't matter and no one really cares about them.
Cynthia was able to reach each of them in a unique way and help them see that they do matter no matter what is going on in their lives.
Her words sunk deep into their hearts, raised their spirits to new heights and changed their attitude during the rest of the camp week.

Cynthia Kimball has been an outstanding supporter of Mountain Springs Preparatory Academy.
During her tenure as the Vice President of Southwest Applied Technology College, she took a very personal interest in every one of our students and administrators.
She went out of her way to be of service to each of us, to greet us when she met us on their campus or in the community, and to do all she could to further the needs of every student.
She is a person who truly cares about each person she meets.
Cynthia is unique in her ability to make everyone she comes in contact with feel like a close personal friend.
Cynthia has willingly helped us out by providing workshops for our students to help them explore post-high school options and by being our featured speaker at a recent high school graduation program.
She is great at sharing personal experiences, at relating experiences of others she has worked with or written about, and in helping each individual become more knowledgeable and motivated to improve their own lives and to have a greater desire to serve others.
Cynthia is an inspiration to all she comes in contact with.

I first heard Cynthia speak at a Chamber of Commerce meeting about a year and a half ago.
Her topic was on networking, and the personal approach she took as well as her enthusiasm for life really made an impression on me.
When we had an opportunity to invite Cynthia to speak to the Women in Business, I was very excited because I wanted more people to have an opportunity to hear from her.
Cynthia spoke to the Women in Business organization in Cedar City in March.
The topic we chose for the presentation was “365 Days of Thank You.”
Cynthia's life experience adds a great depth to her perspective and to the ideas and thoughts that she shares with others.
Cynthia's presentation was memorable for me because she had each of us apply what she was teaching right there in the meeting.
We each had an opportunity to identify people we needed to express gratitude to, and we were able to share some of our thoughts.
We also had time to think of different ways to express gratitude and to share those with the group.
What a way to reinforce a principle!
Hearing, thinking, and sharing—it's not something I will soon forget.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunities I have had to meet Cynthia and participate in her presentations.
I look forward to hearing from her again.

We will always remember Cynthia's spirit and positive uplifting message that captured every single girl.
Our dance camp was complete with her.
The girls are still talking about it and we are incorporating the symbols throughout the entire year.
Thank you so much, Cynthia; you're amazing!

There are not enough WOW's when Cynthia speaks.
The many trials that she has gone through and yet has come out smiling and with such a positive attitude.
It is amazing!
We first heard Cynthia speak at a Cedar City Chamber Breakfast and we knew then that we wanted her to speak to the Iron County Board of REALTORS®.
Thus, we invited her to come speak at our Iron County Board of REALTORS® Convention in Mesquite, Nevada.
Cynthia was so well received by all the Realtors.
It was not just a speech, but a lesson was taught to all who took her words to heart.
We have had many come into our office for months afterwards commenting on how great Cynthia's talk was and how much they learned about the person setting next to them.
Cynthia, we would be honored to have you come and speak to us again at a convention or any other REALTORS® function.

We asked Cynthia to address our department managers regarding that black seed that seems to sprout up here and there in a corporate setting. She presented, "Radiating Corporate Cancer". Using real life situations and experiences she was able to draw us in and engage us.
Cynthia is a dynamic and energetic speaker. Her love of life is contagious; she shares it openly with an unbridled enthusiasm.

Cynthia engaged the group right at the start and kept us involved throughout the entire presentation. The activities she had us do not only showed us the steps we needed to take but helped build our confidence for implementing the principles she had taught. She made networking easy to understand and even easier to do.

Cynthia's energy, insight and real life experiences were the perfect recipe
for our meeting.
She's a pro who took a room full of people comfortably
sitting with their friends, shook them up, mixed in relationship building,
added a dash of humor and topped off with business card exchanges, and
viola!, there were 50 new solid business relationships created.

Cynthia, thanks again for your presentation on goal setting and time management at our retreat.
My staff has not stopped talking about the big ugly frogs, and they are excited to get them eaten daily.
It has really helped staff to feel better about their work and has motivated them to be more productive.
You gave us practical information that we will be able to use for years to come.
Thanks again, Cynthia, and good luck on all you do, we look forward to hearing from you again.

She is unflappable when confronted with difficult examples, and displays a sincere desire to help.
